Status changes coming soon to Paragon

This notice is to alert all PACMLS Paragon users that new status changes are scheduled to be implemented on December 7th, 2015.  The primary changes include a new designation for “Under Contract” statuses, which will now be called “Pending”.  Please see the chart below for important information about the change.

After December 7th, all listings that are under contract with inspection and feasibility contingencies MUST use the PIF status (Pending Inspection/Feasibility).  New requirements will be added for these statuses and you will be prompted for the appropriate information by Paragon upon selecting the new status.  PIF listings will continue to be IDX’d out to websites.

All existing “Under Contract” listings will be re-labeled PAC (Pending Appraisal/Closing).  Paragon will prompt with requirements for this status as well.  You will need to update your listings accordingly (whether they are PIF or PAC) after December 7th.  PAC listings will NOT be IDX’d out to websites.

The status currently identified as “Withdrawn Temporarily” is being re-labeled to TOM “Temporarily Off Market.”  The appropriate form/paperwork is required to be turned into your Association if this status is used.  After 30 days, TOM automatically will change to “Withdrawn” and the listing can no longer be modified.

Please observe the chart below for information.  More information will follow as necessary.
